Well that depends on whether you are wearing boots, of course. But I am still in a mood.

    [Kicks bus.]

Big red double deck British bus is considered glamorous for a ny-er. Actually anything that is foreign can denote glamour because we are really children who are always intrigued by the unfamiliar.

    blueseaurchin | 10.10.07, 15:46

Still has a bit more something or other than small town tarnish, though.

    Melograna | 10.10.07, 16:13

    oh, a bus.

    *DO* f*** off, kindly.

    thank you.

    oh, um…

i think i’m having a conversation with myself in a comments page on a random site on the internet.

    oh lord.

can anyone donate me a white coat? the big red bus ran over mine and dragged it along the street for a mile.

    Miles Away | 10.10.07, 22:01

Looks like my old school bus. I grew up in Hicksville…

It’s okay Miles Away, I have a nice jacket for you. Oh look, it fits.

    lillipilli | 10.10.07, 22:12

Are you trying to lure us to ride the bus with you? Hmmm?

    What an old trick. x

Ani - Ooh, you’re so grumpy! There there, dear.

blueseaurchin - It’s reciprocal. I consider a yellow NYC cab far more evocative than a London black cab. Not to mention more accessible for Lurch.

Melograna - Ah, this is true. Well, unless it’s a very small town and it’s a house and cart.

Miles Away - I am shocked. Shocked and horrified. Is this the same person who writes all those lovely poems on that blog Absolutely Effing Miles Away, Innit?

Lillipilli - I like Hicksville. Everybody knows everyone else. Sometimes intimately. Oh no, wait, that was my hometown.

Miss July - Um, I have no comment to make.
