That wardrobe bit reminded me of a case I heard where a Japanese father committed suicide by hanging himself in his wardrobe and his son found him when he came home from school!

Um, thought I didn't notice any politics in the post, frankly ... Ani - I'm getting on a bit, though, so 'pleasures of the flesh' mean a favourite brand of shower gel, whilst 'hallucinogenic substances' probably refers to nothing more than Rocket Fuel coffee. I am so rock 'n' roll, me.

Just the fact that you mention ‘pleasures of the flesh’ and ‘highly hallucinogenic substances’ shows your conscience is perfectly fine. The pangs of guilt come later … usually accompanied by health problems.
