Accord­ing to an art­icle I once read, people were now mov­ing less often because of work and more often to find a nice hab­it­able space.

Nature, bike paths and trails was high on the list.

I sup­pose we could go back to the horse and buggy, but I’m not sure my olfact­ory senses could take it. Then I sup­pose it’s logical to take into account animal activist.
